FRACTIONAL CFO & MANAGER

Paul Kovach is an accomplished finance and accounting professional with over 30 years of senior-level executive and operational experience in both private and public companies. He is adept at managing large and small organizations and projects, and is a leader, coach and problem solver for those with whom he works. Paul’s company experienced stretches from high growth, start-up environments, turn-around opportunities and large corporate structures.

As a Fractional CFO and Manager, Paul provides on-going Fractional CFO and project-oriented Business Advisory services to clients of AEGIS Financial Consulting, LLC. Paul’s extensive experience includes financial planning and analysis, accounting operations and reporting, working capital management, treasury and banking relations, internal control development, inventory management, payroll and human resource management and merger and acquisition activities. He has also had oversight of finance and accounting staff in regional, national and multinational organizations in the US, Canada and Europe.

Prior to joining AEGIS, Paul held roles as CFO, Vice President-Finance, Vice President-Corporate Controller, Controller, Plant Controller and General Manager. His experience in these roles have been gained in several industries including food manufacturing, distribution, tech service and cooperatives. Paul has worked with companies such as Land-O-Lakes, Heileman/Metz Baking Company, International Multifoods, Vistar, The Schwan Food Company, Mile High Foods and Taylor of the Rockies.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Cloud State University and attended the University of St. Thomas’s MBA program. Paul is a member of Financial Executives International and the Minnesota Society of CPA’s.

He currently lives with his wife, Pegi in Highlands Ranch, Colorado and enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and traveling.
